Elijah may be the easiest-tempered six day old I’ve ever met, with a great tolerance for all things crocheted. He was a little drowsy after feeding at the beginning of the session, but the multiple clothing changes kept him from nodding off too quickly. I thought for certain that we would lose his cooperation at the lion outfit, but he only furrowed his forehead in protest, and then decided it wasn’t worth losing his Zen over.

Mom is a huge Harry Potter fan, so assigning him to Gryffindor House was a must. Elijah decided the sorting ceremony wasn’t worth staying up for.

When Mom cuddled him, he naturally assumed it must be feeding time again, so we passed him to his dad. Elijah let out a bleat of protest, but decided he’d rather sleep than make a stink about it.

Congratulations to the family on their beautiful, precious addition!
