Cora and I have these things in common. We both played the clarinet in marching band, and we both decided at a relatively early age to put a high priority on comfortable footwear. Cora is a practical girl and remarkably unfussy about her appearance. If she was wearing any makeup at all, I couldn’t detect it, yet her complexion could easily sell a skin care regimen.
However, I don’t think modeling is likely to be Cora’s career choice, because she really only does smiling, trying to stop smiling (and I’m afraid that second one isn’t her forte), and laughing at herself because she can’t stop smiling. Fortunately, she has plans to become a teacher, where her happy demeanor will be much more to everyone’s advantage. Her intelligence, kind nature and good sense will make her an excellent role model for her students.
