I had the privilege of photographing these lovely sisters on a spring evening. The eldest was soon to graduate from high school, and she needed a senior picture, but mom really wanted pictures of all her sweet daughters.
Mom and I both knew that her graduating senior was photogenic enough that it wouldn’t take long to get a beautiful picture of her.

That left us with plenty of time to get fun pictures with the other girls as well. One of the first things we did was stuff the youngest into a tree. Because she was light enough for her sisters to hoist her up there and easy-going enough to allow it.
And the middle daughter was just as stunning as the other two.
The best part of the evening for me was just listening to the sisters joking, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company. They swapped jackets around, watched each other for stray hairs to be fixed, and made sure I got a picture of each sister pairing. Each sister bond was obviously special to them. Hopefully in years to come, they will look back on these pictures and they will warm their hearts the way they did mine.
Love this post, Nancy. Gorgeous young ladies, beautiful photos, wonderful story.
Thank you! They are beautiful girls!
