Andrew and I had a productive session at Liberty Center before we headed off in our separate cars to our next destination. He managed to convince his mom to make an emergency stop for caramel M&M’s and still beat me to the parking lot at Pine Hills Lake by a few seconds.

We were well into the golden hour of the day for light, so we had to move pretty fast. Fortunately, Andrew was pretty well-trained by this time, and I didn’t have to coach him much on the little picky details of what to do with his hands or legs. And he was still quite cheerful and cooperative, although the M&Ms may have contributed to that. Mind you, he had every reason to be hangry, since I moved his session up an hour to make sure we got everything done before we lost the light, so he didn’t have a chance to fortify himself first.

So we got in the nice, peaceful, at-home-with-nature shots for the family album, and then Andrew was ready for the playground. His mom wanted no part of this, so she met us in the parking lot. Andrew ascended the climbing mountain, went down the curvy slide, and rocked the dinosaur spring rider. The tots on the playground paid no attention to the extra-large kid among them, easily accepting him as one of their own. Perhaps he still carried the faint scent of M&Ms.

Thank you, Andrew, for a fun session, and I hope you finally got a good meal to reward you for your exemplary good behavior!
