This is what happens when you have a gymnastics pommel trainer at home. Isaac’s mother is a neatnik, so the upholstered mushroom in the middle of the living room was a symbol of maternal love. Eventually, Isaac outgrew the trainer, and the pommel is one of his favorite events now.
Isaac has probably spent more hours in the gym than he has in his living room over the course of his lifetime, and it shows. Despite all the long hours of training and competitions across the country, he manages to stay strong in academics, and currently on track to study biomedical engineering with a pre-med focus.
We did pictures of him in his home gym, but the weather that day made us save his outdoor pictures for later in the week, so I’m putting them in a different post.
